On August 27, 2026, the smallest of the Great Lakes received a second name. One shore adopted it. The other put up a billboard. Google shows one name in Buffalo and another in Toronto, and both to everyone else. We did not pick a side. We bottled the lake.
Evian tells you about the Alps. Fiji tells you about an island. We will tell you the truth, because it happens to be better. Lake America is not lake water. It is drawn from glacial aquifers and spring-fed tributaries on the New York shore, the same springs that have been quietly filling this lake since the last ice age. It is bottled at source, in heavy frosted glass, with nothing added and nothing taken away.
We make one bottle. We print two labels.

Navy cap. The label reads LAKE AMERICA. Sold on the American shore and to anyone who wants it.

Red cap. The label reads LAKE ONTARIO. Now and forever. Sold on the Canadian shore and to anyone who wants it.
Same water. Same glass. Same springs. Order both and we ship them as a pair.

This is the entire brand on one label. A chevron. A lake. A dashed red line where the border runs. A name. Which name? That depends where you're standing.

Founders' Reserve

Because we are bottling at source and the source does not hurry. First production runs are small. The waitlist tells us how much glass to order and which shore wants more. Your place on the list is your place in line. Share your link and you move up.
